Akcent is a Romanian pop music group, originally from Bucharest. The group is composed of five members: Adrian Claudiu, Mihai Alexandru, Sorin Brotnei, Ovidiu Jacobsen, and Sergiu Mihalache. The group was formed in 1999 and released their first album, "In Your Eyes," in 2000. Akcent achieved international success with their single "Kylie," which reached number one on music charts in Romania, Poland, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Belgium, Luxembourg, Slovakia, and the Czech Republic. The group has also released several other successful singles, including "Jokero," "On and On," "Bora Bora," and "My Passion."
