Ardo (born October 8, 1984) is a French singer and songwriter. He is best known for his single "Pour un flirt", which reached number one in France in 2006. Ardo was born in Paris, France. He began playing guitar at the age of 14, and soon began writing his own songs. He released his first EP, "Ardo", in 2004. The EP was well-received, and Ardo soon began working on his debut album. "Pour un flirt" was released as the first single from the album in 2006. The song was an instant hit, reaching number one in France and becoming one of the biggest songs of the year. The album, "Ardo", was released later that year and was a success, reaching the top ten in France. Ardo has since released two more albums, "Coeur de pirate" (2007) and "Ardoise" (2009). He has also released a number of singles, including "Je t'aime" (2007), "Aimer" (2008), and "Pardon" (2009).
