"2 Brothers on the 4th Floor" is a Dutch eurodance music duo formed in 1990 by brothers Martin and Bobby Boer. Their first album, "Dreams," was released in 1991 and reached the top of the Dutch charts. Their second album, "Dance With a Stranger," was released in 1993 and also reached the top of the Dutch charts. Their third album, "Heaven Is Here," was released in 1995 and reached the second spot on the Dutch charts. Their fourth album, "Living in Cyberspace," was released in 1997 and reached the fifth spot on the Dutch charts. Their fifth album, simply titled "2 Brothers on the 4th Floor," was released in 1999 and reached the eighth spot on the Dutch charts.
