Alexis Jordan is an American singer, born on February 7, 1992, in Columbia, South Carolina. She began her career in 2009 with the signing of a contract with the American record label Roc Nation. Her first single, "Happiness," was released in 2010. Her self-titled debut album was released in 2011. In 2012, she released her second single, "Acid Rain," which charted in the Top 40 of the Billboard Hot 100. Her second album was released in 2014, also titled Alexis Jordan.
