BIOGRAPHY
Londonbeat is a British pop and R&B group, formed in London in 1988. They are best known for their international hits such as "I've Been Thinking About You", "Failing in Love Again" and "A Better Love". The group consists of Jimmy Helms, Jimmy Chambers, George Chandler and William Henshall, all of whom had successful musical careers before coming together to form Londonbeat.
Their unique blend of R&B, dance and pop, along with their tight vocal harmonies, has helped make their sound instantly recognizable. Their self-titled debut album, released in 1988, saw moderate success, but it was their second album "In the Blood" that catapulted them onto the global stage in 1990.
Since their beginnings, they have continued to release music and perform across the world, maintaining a devoted fan base. Although their output slowed down in the 2000s, their influence and impact remain undeniable in the music industry.
