Tom Swoon est un producteur et DJ polonais, né à Wrocław, en Pologne. Il a entamé sa carrière musicale en produisant des remixes pour des artistes tels qu'Armin van Buuren, Tiesto et Ferry Corsten. C'est en 2012 qu'il a sorti son premier single intitulé "I Am You". Il a depuis publié plusieurs autres singles, dont "Not Too Late", "Wait", et "Shingaling". En 2014, il a sorti son premier album intitulé "All the Way".
