Mis-Teeq was a British R&B group, active from 1999 to 2005. The group comprised Sabrina Washington, Alesha Dixon and Su-Elise Nash. Their first single, "Why?", peaked at number eight on the UK Singles Chart in 2000. In 2002, the group had four UK top 10 singles before releasing their debut album, Lickin' on Both Sides. The album entered the UK Albums Chart at number two and was certified double platinum by the British Phonographic Industry (BPI). The group's third single, "Scandalous", became their biggest hit, peaking at number one on the UK Singles Chart. In 2003, the group released their second album, Eye Candy. The album peaked at number five on the UK Albums Chart and was certified platinum by the BPI. The group's fourth single, "Can't Get It Back", peaked at number two on the UK Singles Chart. In 2004, the group released their fifth and final single, "Style". The single peaked at number four on the UK Singles Chart. The group disbanded in 2005.
